Lebanon Valley Engraving (LVE) offers its lacquer rotary screen, which it describes as a high-quality, durable rotary screen product that provides excellent performance for the narrow web printer. Unlike screens that must be thrown out at the end of a job, LVE’s lacquer rotary screen has the ability to be washed out and saved for future re-orders due to mechanical and chemical strength of emulsion coating. This property gives the product more longevity. LVE says that its screens have been able to perform for more than 500,000′ with no discernable depreciation in performance.
